DRIVER EXPENSES
In case our driver is required to stay out overnight, hotel costs are to be paid for by the customer, they will be communicated at the time of reservation, including the cost of meals that are compulsory for services longer than 8 hours.

CONDITIONS BASED ON PERIOD
Rentals with driver require a minimum period of 4 hours, while for extra urban direct transfers charges are calculated starting and ending at the place of car departure.

SUPPLEMENTS
For night services, i.e. from 11 pm to 7 am an extra charge of 20% is added to the ordinary fee.
For holiday services an extra charge of 20% is added to the ordinary fee.
For Christmas, New Year’s Eve and Easter day ‘ fees are calculated by adding an extra charge of 50% is added to the ordinary fee.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION
Cancellations result in a penalty that varies based  on the cancellation time.

    - between 6 and 3 hours before the service the penalty  to be paid will be 50% of the total service reserved;
    - less than 3 working hours before the service the penalty  to be paid will be 100% of the total service reserved;
    - in case the customer does not show up or refuses the service the penalty  to be paid will be 100% of the total service reserved;
